Senior Marketing & Web Designer
Kleos (formerly Stape) is building payout infrastructure for global teams. We help companies hire, manage, and pay remote talent worldwide compliantly, predictably, and without operational overhead.
We believe the future of global work is borderless, where payroll becomes invisible and cross-border payouts feel seamless. We are growing significantly faster than the market and are targeting 5x growth by 2026
We just rebranded from Stape to Kleos. The visual identity is taking shape — and we need someone to hold it across every touchpoint: website, landing pages, marketing creative, social, presentations, swag.
This isn’t a supporting role. You own brand design end-to-end — you decide what the visual system looks like, you ship the work, and every touchpoint reads as Kleos because of you.
What you’d own
The brand visual identity. Propose updates where the system isn’t holding up.
The design system for marketing and web — built and maintained.
Landing pages and templates in Tilda (and other platforms where it makes sense — Webflow, Lovable).
Website style consistency — no orphan pages, no broken patterns.
Marketing creatives — social, presentations, merch, ads.
Visual coherence across every product touchpoint.
